i do NOT like this music. it's toooo... disco dracula meets zorro in a lambourghini meets that creepy family feud host (from the 70's) who had to kiss EVERY female contenstant EVERY time it was her turn, and he always held up the question card in his hand with his pinky sticking way up and a gold bracelet dangling and a gold ringing pointed at the camera. and he wore a toupée. he really grossed me out, even though i was just a kid back then. i can just imagine him dancing to this song with other celebrities at studio 54 in new york city 30 years ago. i realize this song is more contemporary than that, and that i'm totally ripping on a song everyone likes, but hey, nothing beats rock and roll! except fairuz and marcel and sheikh imam.
((sorry mirvat!))

Well chosen :) I personally liked this song, goes well with the theme.
Oh btw, I am originally from Syria, and I remember around a year ago in my visit there, I went 3 days to visit my uncle in Beirut. What a beautiful place. I even passed thru the resting place they had for Hariri, even that resonated with love and peace. People just loved this man, they all came Muslims and Christians and said their prayers, it was very touching.
I think this picture on the left is from Down Town right :):)

ok - on the theme of game shows.. my favourite one - that i think i saw once as a kid on tv when we spent some time in LA for a brief period was called card sharks..

i dont remember what exactly went on.. but i remember all these different voices saying:

"higher bobbb lower bobbb lower bobbbb high bobbbbb"

oh, when I meant goes well with the theme, I meant the theme of Beirut that Mirvat is posting and my memory when I visited the place. I didn't mean the video clip, I haven't really seen it actually :) But the song tune itself carries a vibe of happiness and joy :)
