i just signed up for the march, and there's not a lot of traffic there (113 people in montreal ,and 560 in new york)..is it not recieving enough coverage by the media? (havent seen anything about that in mtl) or maybe the site is not updated fast enough

hopefully the sites are not updated fast enough. there's coverage on tv as well, there has been announcements about it. so i don't know we'll see..

The picture says so much...only if we could see and listen to the silent cries of these children..

This is sad. I am happy enough people care to organize marches, though.

I saw your comment at Zee's (about Muslims) and just want to apologize, even though I don't feel as he does.

Many people realize most people are good, regardless of their religion.

Peace,

Kat

Nobody feels like I do Kathleen, because I am just like me. I am just me - a free spirit that is!
My stance on issues about religion and society at large are always in transition - though some core issues remain the same, I believe there is no time to apologize though Kathleen, there is only a time to energize - become part of a conversation, promote and induce controversial dialog; or even go as far as demonstrating on the streets for causes that might wake up the 2% of our society who presently own 96% of our assets, common goods (including air and water). That's the USA for you.
Because I am a punished swine by determent rule from above, I still can growl and bark. The scenery of Muslim countries is only one of many fallible instances to growl. But I did put a positive "swing" on it if you care to read about my last post of Sekem....
Unfortunately I have a probably pessimistic outlook on so called "western societies" as well - in particular the model that is being pushed by the present Bush administration.
